Our made-to-measure aluminium window cills are engineered for watertight performance and durability in Irish conditions. Fabricated from 2mm marine-grade aluminium, each cill is bent to exact specifications, powder-coated in your chosen RAL finish, and supplied with welded or stop-end details as required. Perfect for both standard new builds and deep reveal retrofit SEAI external wall insulation (EWI) projects.

We fabricate cill profiles from 50mm up to 500mm+ depth to fit standard cavity walls or thick retrofitted external insulation.
What is the standard upstand and drip edge height?
Our default design features a 25mm upstand at the back and a 40mm drip edge drop at the front, but both are fully customizable.
Do you supply stop-ends and joint splice plates?
Yes, we offer matching powder-coated aluminium stop-ends (welded or slide-on) and splice plates for long linear runs.
