Every architectural pressing, cladding panel, reveal trim, and flashing is fabricated from 2.0mm marine-grade alloy (1050A / 5005) to withstand the demanding Irish climate without oil-canning or corrosion.

We accept DXF/DWG vector CAD files, dimensioned PDF schedules, and clear hand sketches with face and return dimensions.

Single continuous runs up to 3000mm (3.0m), precision CNC angle control, coded TIG-welded corner pods, and in-house architectural PPC finishing in 3 to 5 working days.

Technical Capabilities

    CNC Sheet Cutting & Routing

    Sheets are cut and routed to exact blank dimensions with pre-punched fixing slots and corner notches.

    CNC Press Brake Folding

    Multi-axis press brakes fold profiles up to 3000mm in length, maintaining accurate bend angles and crisp return hems.

  • 03

    Coded TIG Welding

    Corner pods, end closures, and junction assemblies are TIG-welded and linished flush prior to powder coating.

    In-House Polyester Powder Coating

    Surface pretreatment and electrostatic architectural PPC application cured at 200°C in any standard RAL colour code.

What drawing formats do you accept for custom fabrication?

We accept DXF, DWG, dimensioned PDF schedules, and clear hand sketches with face and return dimensions sent to info@fabricator.ie.

What finishes and gloss levels are available for RAL powder coating?

We supply matte (approx. 30% gloss), satin (approx. 60% gloss), and full gloss, as well as textured architectural powder finishes matched to any standard RAL colour.
