Every window sill, capping, flashing, and reveal trim we produce is built to withstand the demanding Irish climate. By using heavy-duty 2.0mm marine-grade alloy, we prevent the "pillowing" and thermal buckling common in thinner sheets under temperature fluctuations.
Our direct integration with the CILLS app means that your digital designs go straight to our production machines. No manual sketches, no emails, no transcription errors. Just speed and absolute accuracy.
From linear runs up to 4000mm in a single piece, to TIG-welded corners and custom drainage outlets, we cover the full spectrum of architectural sheet metal pressings.
Technical Capabilities
Sheets are sheared or laser-cut to exact blank dimensions with pre-punched fixing slots to allow thermal movement.
Our multi-axis press brakes fold profiles up to 4 meters in length, maintaining consistent angles and drip edge details.
Corners, upstands, and stop-ends are fully TIG-welded and dressed flush prior to finishing to ensure watertight joints.
In-house pre-treatment and electrostatic powder application cured at 200°C. Matched to any standard RAL color code.

Yes. While standard profiles can be configured directly in 3D using the Cills app, you can submit CAD drawings, PDF schematics, or hand-drawn sketches with dimensions directly to info@fabricator.ie. Our engineers will convert them to CNC programs.
We supply three gloss options: Matt (30% gloss), Satin (70% gloss, standard for most window systems), and High Gloss (90% gloss), all baked for ultimate UV stability.
We stock flat sheets in raw marine-grade alloy. Because every project requires unique length, reveal depth, and color configurations, all products are custom-folded and finished to order. This eliminates wasting offcuts and ensures a perfect fit.
