Terms of Service

Welcome to Fabricator.ie (operated from Unit 20, Westlink Industrial Estate, Kylemore Road, Inchicore, Dublin 10, D10 YF68). By placing a trade fabrication order, requesting custom cutting, folding, welding, or in-house powder coating, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Custom B2B Fabrication & Specifications

Fabricator.ie specializes in custom B2B architectural aluminium fabrication, bespoke pressings, folded panels, and trade metal supply. All orders are manufactured strictly to client-provided fabrication drawings or agreed specifications:

• Drawing & Measurement Accuracy: The client is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all technical drawings, dimensional cut-lists (lengths, angles, girths, notches), and hole placements before sign-off.
• Sheet & Folding Limits:Standard press brake folding is supported up to a maximum single continuous length of 3000mm in 2.0mm–3.0mm marine-grade alloy (1050A / 5005). Press brake tooling tolerances are standard trade ±1.0mm.
• Custom Production Sign-Off: Once custom sheet metal is cut, folded, or powder coated, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

2. Quotations & Payment Terms

Quotations are provided based on cut-list breakdowns and RAL requirements. Standard trade orders require pro-forma payment or agreed trade account terms prior to production release. All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are subject to Irish VAT at the applicable standard rate.

3. Collection & Nationwide Delivery

Orders can be collected directly from our trade collection bay at Unit 20 Westlink Industrial Estate, Inchicore, Dublin 10, or dispatched via tracked pallet/freight transport across Ireland.

• Lead Times: Standard workshop lead time is typically 3 to 5 working days from drawing sign-off and material release.
• Inspection upon Receipt: The client must inspect all fabricated pressings, panels, and coatings upon arrival or collection. Any transit damage or dimensional discrepancies must be recorded in writing within 48 hours of receipt.

4. Polyester Powder Coating & Warranty

Our in-house powder coating facility utilizes architectural-grade polyester powder coating (PPC) applied to fabricated aluminium.

• Coating Scope: We powder coat metal fabricated in-house to ensure substrate quality, surface prep, and adhesion control.
• Liability Limit: Fabricator.ie is not liable for consequential losses, on-site delay penalties, or third-party crane/scaffolding hire costs. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair, refabrication, or credit of defective fabricated items.

5. Product Brand Separation

For off-the-shelf configured window cills, over-cills, and secret-fix parapet capping systems, clients are directed to our dedicated product brand at cills.ie.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
