Terms of Service

Welcome to Fabricator.ie. By accessing our website, placing an order, or utilizing the CILLS app to design custom window cills, parapet cappings, flashings, or architectural trims, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Custom B2B Fabrication & Specifications

Fabricator.ie operates as a B2B trade gateway to CILLS.ie. Since all our aluminium window cills, flashings, and cappings are custom-fabricated to order based on individual measurements, the following manufacturing conditions apply:

• Measurement Responsibility: The client is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all dimensions (lengths, depths, angles, edge returns) entered into the CILLS app or CILLS.ie configurator.
• CNC Manufacturing Tolerances: All custom folding and cutting operations are fabricated to a strict precision tolerance of +/- 1mm.
• No Cancellations or Changes: Once custom orders are submitted and go into production, they cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

2. Pricing, Billing & Payment

All custom orders are priced dynamically inside the CILLS app or CILLS.ie. Payment must be processed in full at checkout (via Stripe) before any fabrication work begins. All prices are quoted in Euros (°) and are subject to VAT at the standard rate.

3. Delivery & Inspection

We provide nationwide tracked courier delivery across all 32 counties of Ireland.

• Lead Times: Standard fabrication and powder coating lead time is 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation.
• Damages in Transit: The client must inspect all delivered goods upon arrival. Any transit damage or shortages must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photos of the damaged items and packaging.

4. Warranty & Limit of Liability

We warrant that our products are fabricated from premium 2mm marine-grade aluminium and finished with Qualicoat-certified polyester powder coating.

• Finish Warranty: Powder coating is covered under a 10-to-25 year warranty against peeling or cracking under normal weather exposure.
• Liability Limit: Fabricator.ie and CILLS.ie are not liable for any consequential losses, on-site delay costs, or idle subcontracted labour costs resulting from delayed deliveries, measurement errors, or product defects. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the specific defective products.

5. Intellectual Property

The 3D configurator interface, scripts, design systems, and legal documents displayed on this site and the CILLS app are the intellectual property of CILLS.ie and Viable.ie, and may not be reproduced or copied without written consent.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
