Yes. All of our custom aluminium window cills, wall cappings, and flashings are fabricated, folded, and powder-coated directly in our Dublin fabrication workshop. This guarantees rapid lead times and direct line communication with our fabrication engineers.
Yes. While the CILLS app is designed for builders to measure reveals on site using guided 3D prompts, we also provide a full "Measure, Make, and Fit" service. You can book a site measurement visit, and our technicians will record the exact dimensions for production.

Every product is fabricated from premium 2.0mm marine-grade aluminium (alloy 5005 or 1050), specifically selected for high wind loads and salt-spray resistance. Our powder coating is done in-house using architectural-grade PPC powders oven-cured at 200°C to ensure UV stability.
