What is the standard lead time for custom profiles?
All custom products—including standard window sills, parapet cappings, and custom flashings—are fabricated to order and shipped within 3 to 5 working days to any site or yard in Ireland. Lead times for massive volume commercial orders can be discussed with our specification team.
Can you duplicate a hand-drawn or CAD profile?
Yes. In the Cills app, you can choose from a range of pre-configured profile shapes (L-bends, Z-bends, standard cills, etc.) and customize the leg lengths and angles. For completely bespoke shapes, you can upload CAD (DXF/DWG) files or PDF sketch drawings through our custom profile channel.
What are standard upstand and drip-edge heights?
Our standard window sills feature a 25mm rear upstand (to fix behind the window frame) and a 30mm to 40mm drip-edge face projection. Parapet cappings typically feature 70mm to 100mm side drops. However, because we manufacture to order, you can customize all of these dimensions in the app.
Are fixings and splice plates included?
Splice plates (for running joints), secret-fix brackets (for cappings), and matching powder-coated screws can be selected and added to your cart during configuration in the Cills app. We supply all necessary installation hardware to ensure a watertight B2B install.
