Dimensions recorded on site are converted directly into machine instructions at our Dublin workshop. We CNC-cut, hydraulic-fold, and TIG-weld each profile from heavy-duty 2.0mm marine-grade alloy 5005, followed by in-house Polyester Powder Coating (PPC) curing.
