Our Operations // B2B Workshop
We operate a dedicated B2B architectural aluminium fabrication workshop at Unit 20 Westlink, Inchicore, Dublin 10. CNC cutting, press brake folding up to 3000mm, coded TIG welding, and in-house powder coating.

We process 2.0mm to 3.0mm marine-grade alloy sheets (1050A/5005) from your DXF/DWG CAD files or dimensioned schedules, cutting fixing slots, drainage notches, and panel blanks with precision edge quality.
Multi-axis CNC press brakes fold architectural pressings, cladding panels, reveal trims, and flashings in single continuous lengths up to 3000mm (3.0 metres) with strict angle control.
Our welders assemble watertight 3-way corner pods, stop ends, and structural brackets. Welds are linished and dressed flush prior to finishing for a crisp architectural appearance.
All components we fabricate are pretreated and powder-coated in our Dublin workshop. We match any standard RAL shade in matte, satin, or gloss with 3 to 5 working day turnaround.

Our typical workshop turnaround is 3 to 5 working days from approved drawings. Orders can be collected from Dublin 10 or shipped nationwide.

Our powder coating line is dedicated to finishing the aluminium pressings, panels, and frames that we cut, fold, and fabricate in our Dublin workshop.
