High-precision multi-axis hydraulic bending for complex profiles, drip returns, shadow gaps, and heavy-gauge architectural pressings up to 3.0m in length.
TIG Welding & Dressed Corners
AC/DC TIG welding of aluminium joints, watertight internal corners, stop-ends, drainage hoppers, and custom facade bracket assemblies. Welds dressed flat before paint.
In-House Polyester Powder Coating
Integrated finishing oven for the aluminium we fold and weld. Architectural polyester powder coating (PPC) matched to any standard RAL code with UV-stable durability.
Aluminium Cladding & Facade Trims

Trade Fabrication Inquiries
What drawings or files do you require for a trade quote?
We accept CAD files (DXF, DWG), dimensioned PDF drawings, structural schedules, or clear hand sketches with face and return dimensions. Send your files to info@fabricator.ie or via our contact form.
What are your standard trade lead times?
Our typical workshop turnaround is 3 to 5 working days from approved drawings. This covers CNC cutting, press brake folding, welding, and in-house powder coating.
What is your maximum single folding length?
Our hydraulic press brakes fold single continuous sections up to 3000mm (3.0 metres) in length. Longer facade spans are supplied with matching internal joint splice plates and expansion tolerances.
Do you offer powder coating for third-party metal?
No. Our in-house powder coating line is dedicated exclusively to the architectural aluminium jobs we fabricate, ensuring full pre-treatment and quality control across every piece that leaves our workshop.
Which counties in Ireland do you supply?
We supply trade contractors, facade specialists, and builders nationwide across all 32 counties with secure palletised freight, as well as trade collection from our Dublin 10 facility.
