High Grade Alloys and Material Standards
We stock aluminium sheets in thicknesses from zero point nine millimetres up to six millimetres. Our standard material is 1050A grade alloy, which contains ninety-nine point five percent pure aluminium. This grade offers excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, high ductility, and great corrosion resistance. For projects requiring anodising, we supply 5005 J57S grade sheet. This alloy guarantees color consistency after anodising and prevents structural defects.

We use modern guillotines and CNC laser cutters to supply flat sheets cut to your exact millimetre measurements. Our CNC laser cutters handle complex geometric profiles, perforations, and holes. Architectural Bending and Pressed Metalwork
Our press brakes allow us to fold raw aluminium sheets into custom channels, angles, wall copings, and gutter trays. We fold sections in lengths up to three metres. We match all bends to your specified radius to ensure structural integrity and prevent stress cracking along the fold lines.

Surface Protection and Polyethylene Masking
We apply a temporary protective polyethylene film to one or both sides of our sheets. This masking protects the metal surface from scratching, abrasion, and tooling marks during handling, transit, and fabrication. The film peels off cleanly after installation without leaving any adhesive residue.

Polyester Powder Coating and Custom Colors
We offer full polyester powder coating services to Qualicoat standards. We treat the aluminium surfaces to remove oxides and promote adhesion. The powder is applied electrostatically and cured in our convection ovens. This creates a hard, durable finish in any standard RAL color.

What is the difference between 1050A and 5005 aluminium alloys?
We use 1050A grade for general folding and powder coating. We recommend 5005 grade for anodised finishes because it guarantees color consistency after treatment.
What sheet sizes do you stock as standard?
Our standard sheet stock sizes are two thousand five hundred millimetres by one thousand two hundred and fifty millimetres, and three thousand millimetres by one thousand five hundred millimetres.

Yes, we shear and laser cut sheets to your exact millimetre sizes with zero tolerance.
Do you supply protective masking on the sheets?
Yes, all our sheets are supplied with a protective polyethylene film on one or both sides to prevent scratching during handling.
Can aluminium sheets be recycled?
Yes, aluminium is one hundred percent recyclable without losing its material properties. Recycling aluminium requires only five percent of the energy needed to produce primary metal.
