We fabricate trade architectural metalwork at our Dublin facility (Unit 20, Westlink Industrial Estate, Kylemore Road, Inchicore, Dublin 10). We process 2.0mm marine-grade aluminium alloy (1050A / 5005) on hydraulic press brakes with single lengths up to 3000mm. All manufactured pressings can be finished in-house with architectural polyester powder coating (PPC) matched to standard RAL colours. Typical trade turnaround is 3 to 5 working days.

We fold custom reveal liners, shadow gap channels, soffit planks, fascia pressings, parapet brackets, and drainage channels. We standardize on 2.0mm marine-grade alloy (1050A / 5005) for superior rigidity and weather resistance in Irish conditions.

Pre-Punched Slots & In-House Powder Coating
Fixing slots and drain slots can be pre-punched before folding to accelerate on-site installation. All pressed components can be immediately routed to our in-house powder coating line for finishing in any standard RAL colour code.
