We fabricate trade architectural metalwork at our Dublin facility (Unit 20, Westlink Industrial Estate, Kylemore Road, Inchicore, Dublin 10). We process 2.0mm marine-grade aluminium alloy (1050A / 5005) on hydraulic press brakes with single lengths up to 3000mm. All manufactured pressings can be finished in-house with architectural polyester powder coating (PPC) matched to standard RAL colours. Typical trade turnaround is 3 to 5 working days.

Non-standard facade junctions require robust welded connections. Our skilled welders fabricate watertight 3-way corners, cranked sections, and bespoke brackets. All external face welds are linished flush before powder coating to ensure crisp, clean architectural lines.
