Overview
Precision Engineered Aluminium Cills
Finish external insulation reveals and window surrounds with precision-formed aluminium window trims and corner sections. Fabricated from marine-grade sheets, our window trims act as a protective barrier around glazing, sealing the joints against moisture ingress and render cracking. We weld and dress internal/external corners in our workshop to guarantee a monolithic, watertight assembly that snaps or screws into place. Custom folded to clear EWI and cladding build-ups. Fully CE/UKCA marked and EN 1090 structural grade.

Absolutely. We custom-fold the projection depths and return legs to clear insulation thickness, providing a neat render stop-end.
How do you fix window surround trims back to the structure?
They are configured with rear fixing flanges that secure directly back to the window frame casing or masonry structure using masonry anchors.
