We fabricate trade architectural metalwork at our Dublin facility (Unit 20, Westlink Industrial Estate, Kylemore Road, Inchicore, Dublin 10). We process 2.0mm marine-grade aluminium alloy (1050A / 5005) on hydraulic press brakes with single lengths up to 3000mm. All manufactured pressings can be finished in-house with architectural polyester powder coating (PPC) matched to standard RAL colours. Typical trade turnaround is 3 to 5 working days.

In-House Finishing for Fabricated Metalwork
Our powder coating facility is dedicated to finishing the architectural aluminium pressings, flashings, panels, and frames we fabricate in-house. By integrating cutting, CNC folding, welding, and powder coating under one roof in Inchicore, we eliminate third-party transport delays and provide a consistent 3 to 5 day trade turnaround.

Full RAL Colour Matching & Architectural Finishes
We apply UV-stable architectural polyester powder coatings formulated for exterior durability against Irish coastal and urban weather. Choose from the full RAL Classic range (including popular architectural shades RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey, RAL 9005 Jet Black, RAL 7021 Black Grey, and RAL 9016 Traffic White) in matte (30%), satin (60%), or gloss (80%) sheens, as well as textured metallic finishes.

Pretreatment & Curing for Maximum Adhesion
Clean surfaces are essential for long-term coating integrity. All aluminium components undergo rigorous degreasing and surface pretreatment before electrostatic powder application. Curing in calibrated convection ovens ensures complete polymerization, delivering impact resistance, flexibility, and corrosion protection.

Do you powder coat free-issue or third-party metal?
No. Our powder coating line is dedicated exclusively to finishing the architectural aluminium components fabricated in our Dublin workshop. We do not operate as a walk-in coating shop or coat third-party metal, ensuring full control over surface preparation, pretreatment, and finish quality.
What RAL colours are available?
We supply all standard RAL Classic and architectural colours, with stock held in high-demand architectural shades such as RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey, RAL 9005 Jet Black, RAL 7022 Umbra Grey, and RAL 9010 Pure White.
What finishes and gloss levels do you offer?
We offer standard matte (approx. 30% gloss), satin (approx. 60% gloss), and full gloss, as well as fine textured finishes.
What is the turnaround time for fabricated and powder-coated orders?
