We fabricate trade architectural metalwork at our Dublin facility (Unit 20, Westlink Industrial Estate, Kylemore Road, Inchicore, Dublin 10). We process 2.0mm marine-grade aluminium alloy (1050A / 5005) on hydraulic press brakes with single lengths up to 3000mm. All manufactured pressings can be finished in-house with architectural polyester powder coating (PPC) matched to standard RAL colours. Typical trade turnaround is 3 to 5 working days.

Welding thin-gauge aluminium sheet demands precise heat management to avoid thermal warping and burn-through. Our experienced welders utilize high-frequency AC/DC TIG equipment with pure argon shielding, joining 2.0mm and 3.0mm architectural alloys (1050A/5005) with deep penetration and clean bead appearance.

Seamless Dressed Corner Pods & End Closures
We fabricate 3-way external corner units, welded stop ends, step-down transitions, and junction boxes. Welds are dressed flush and linished before powder coating, eliminating site leak paths and delivering a smooth, monolithic aesthetic on building facades.

All welded fabrications are pretreated and finished in our Dublin powder coating booth. This seals the heat-affected zone against atmospheric corrosion and ensures a uniform colour and gloss across all folded and welded sections.
